Our Training Focus
Endurance: Build a strong aerobic base through structured running and conditioning to improve stamina and recovery.
Strength: Develop functional strength with movements like sled pushes and pulls, lunges, carries, rowing, skiing, and wall balls.
Power & Performance: Improve your ability to generate force efficiently, helping you move faster and more effectively through every workout and race station.
Race Skills: Practice pacing, transitions, movement efficiency, and station strategy to help you perform confidently on race day.
What to Expect
Every class is designed to be challenging, effective, and accessible. Workouts can be adjusted for your current fitness level, allowing beginners and experienced athletes to train together while progressing at their own pace.
Our programming combines running, functional strength, and conditioning in a structured format that prepares you for the demands of HYROX while improving your overall fitness. No two classes are exactly the same, keeping training engaging while ensuring steady progress.
Each 60-minute coach-led class typically includes:
- A dynamic warm-up and mobility work
- Skill instruction and movement practice
- A structured workout focused on HYROX performance
- Coaching, encouragement, and technique feedback throughout the session
- Cool down and recovery guidance
Our certified coaches will demonstrate each movement, provide modifications when needed, and help you train safely while maximizing your results.
